Michael Vick to Build Homes After Prison

Posted by ebowen On April - 2 - 2009

Yup you read that right…Vick is planning on building houses or some crap after he gets out. As reported by the AP today:

“You will hear from Mr. Vick his future intentions, how he’s going to change the way he lives his life,” his lawyer, Michael Blumenthal, told U.S. Bankrputcy Judge Frank J. Santoro.

Vick is serving a 23-month sentence for bankrolling a dogfighting ring, and his bankruptcy plan is based on the goal of returning to a professional football career. He briefly left a federal prison in Kansas to attend the hearing. He’s scheduled to be released from custody in July, but could be sent to home confinement in late May.

Blumenthal said when Vick is released, he plans to work 40 hours a week for a construction company. He did not disclose the wage or give any other details about the type of work that Vick will be performing.

Damn that’s some shit right there…this is surely all for show. Since the Raiders or the Cowboys hold their summer practices in San Quentin I thought one of them would have already signed him up to come destroy their teams. Now that TO is out in Dallas they need someone else to provide the drama. This will last a week. They are trying to make a deal with some team, I wonder if he’ll come back…

nope.. it is really quite rtaional actually. He didn’t just neglect the dogs. I DARE you, google the court statements, read what he did to these dogs. Then tell me it was ok. He banged one of their heads, YOUNG dogs, against the concrete while they were alive until he broke their skulls and killed them. He hung them in front of other dogs, but with their feet just barely against the ground, so it would be slow and all the other dogs could hear that and smell the fear and death, he covered one in water and then electrocuted it. He himself killed these dogs brutal with his bare hands. Not just his cousins.
