Over at moneycrashers.com they have soem great tips for first time buyer looking to buy a house in the current market…it’s a great time to buuy and it looks like the good times are going to last for some time to come.  That being said, it’s a horrible time to sell.  If you don’t have to, don’t.

It’s not really a straight copy of Star Wars but the Turkish movie Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam (The Man Who Saves the World) released in ’82 rips off a bunch of western movies…the soundtrack is predominately Indiana Jones and Star Wars music. It’s hard to explain what the movie is actually about but it’s spectacularly bad. It’s part Star Wars, part kung-fu movie, all bad. You have to check this out.

I can’t say as this is the weirdest thing I’ve seen come from the minds of Aphex Twin and Chris Cunningham, but it’s really damn weird. I…just don’t know what to say….

This Star Wars rap called Fette’s Vette is awesome…it’s in a particularly funny part of the newest Kevin Smith movie Zack and Miri Make a Porno which is really good. If you haven’t checked it out yet you should. Check out the soundtrack too.

Unlike in the original Calvin Porn where entry I covered the weirdness that is Calvin Klein commercials…the kiddie porn grossness of the 90′s and the new ad that has models writhing on a couch half naked…now I share a good banned ad that includes Eva Mendes half naked…enjoy.

You need to read this article about Indianapolis opening up services that the government provides to bidding by both government and private businesses if there are more than 4 companies in the the Yellow Pages that offer the same services as the government. They are proof that allowing the free market to do it’s thing without government interference actually works.  Obama could learn this lesson too.  It may be 11 years old but the principle is still valid…let the free market work and prosper. Don’t, and fail. READ IT NOW!!
