This is an awesome video of a guy in a club out in Charlotte riffing to whatever he sees that comes up on the Chatroulette wheel…it’s awesome. I’ve never done Chatroulette, I have no interest. But my friend has his girlfriend get on there and while she’s chatting with randoms he sneaks up behind her so they can see him and pretends to kill her. Shenanigans ensue.
That would be Lola Astanova does her rendition of Rhianna’s “Don’t Stop the Music”…what did you think I meant? Pervs. Actually, I’m not a big fan of Rhianna for several reasons, not the least of which is I think she looks like an alien. We’ve been thinking of renting out space on her forehead for an ad for our site. Plenty. Of. Space. But it’s ok, Lola has taken the song well beyond where she found it and done something truly unique. You should check out her other videos…she’s amazing.

Cameron Carpenter, the man in in this clip is…well there are no words to describe how good he is at the organ, you just have to watch and be amazed.
It’s been a while since I had a new post up here but I’ve consulted with the Muse and was inspired to start posting again. Over a year ago I posted an entry called Best Drum Solo Ever . In it there was an anonymous drummer rocking out at what seemed to a marching band competition. I now know that the drummer’s name is Tim Jackson of The Blue Devils marching band. Tim won 4 straight Individual & Ensemble national titles. I thought I’d share another unbelievable drum solo from the 2006 finals…enjoy!

A guy like Gunther could only come out of Europe. I’m almost sure that this guy is just joking around but while traveling across the pond I’ve met guys like this so I’m not completely convinced. I’m really up in the air on this one. Many of you probably already know who this is, but for those that don’t; Günther is the stage name of Mats Söderlund, a Swedish musician, club owner, and former model that has taken up the persona of a Euro-über tool that sings some of the most ridiculous songs I’ve ever heard.
